Do you want to continue south of Vegas on 95 ?
You can avoid the " Spaghetti Bowl " , by using the 215/515 .

It depends on where you are going. It’s near impossible to completely avoid, but 215 goes around the west side so your not going downtown. Or you can get off 95 at 160 and go down through Pahrump.
Either way you hook up with I215 to I11 and get back on 95 just south of the city.
Both take you out past the airport but heading out of town is pretty simple, it’s going into town from the airport that’s a mess.

Further to " amosnandy's " post , roads south of Henderson ( junction 215/515) are NEW and probably won't be on a paper map or GPS yet , so be ready to pay careful attention to the road signs .
If you want to get to the Railway Pass Casino coming from the north , well that's an adventure .

We were in Vegas for a week in April and stayed at the Thousand Trails park there. We went downtown 3-4 different nights and drove around with a dually, no issues. We were stuck in 1 traffic jam, coming back from the Railway Pass Casino because of an accident and the police were forcing everybody on one roadway.

Probably spend more time trying to go around it than just doing it. Don't go through on a weekend and go in early.

You could head south on NV373 / CA127 just south of Beatty, from there you could cut back to I-15 and on to 95 a couple of ways, but I drive my MH around Vegas regularly and don’t think it’s worth going out of the way to avoid like some cities.

we just went south on 95 and then through las vegas. it really wasn't an issue. the entire route through vegas was all freeway, no surface streets at all. i won't worry about it. as said before watch the signs as much of this is new roads that were not on our navigation system.

I always find I have to drive through Vegas at rush hour and it's a pain after driving all day but it's just a matter of finding a good truck driver to follow and it's over in a half hour.
