Bad Road Section I 76 East of Harrisburg?

The past few Summers I have found a section of I-76 to the East of Harrisburg to be very bumpy for about 5 miles. Really throws my camper around. I am especially concerned because I carry a motorcycle on the back.

Can anyone tell me if this situation still exists and if it does the approximate mile markers, so I can plan a detour around that area.

Detour suggestions would also be helpful.

Thanks.

Having traveled the PA turnpike for more than 50 years, there are always sections under construction. East of Harrisburg you could go on US 283 to US 30. (Lincoln Highway) You could stay on US 30 until Exton or get on US 202 to King of Prussia and US 76 again.

You didn't say what's your destination, another choice would be get off the turnpike at I-81 and then take I-78 to North Jersey.

My full I-76 run is between I-81 and Plymouth meeting.
