I have found Maps more accurate than my in-dash Rand McNally, I use Maps along side my RM.

Co-pilot and some other RV or Trucker GPS apps allow the user to enter their height, weight, length, and fuel capacity and will supposedly not put you on routes where you are too long, too heavy, too tall, etc.
Also-co-pilot does not use up data (if you don't activate the live traffic updates) so it does not eat away
At your monthly data usage.
Those are two reasons why I prefer them. Though I admit that I sometimes run with co-pilot on my iPad, google maps or the iPhone native maps running on my phone, and sometimes even the TomTom GPS that's built into my RV radio system--all at the same time! They often disagree on some details, in which case I only obey the co-pilot because it has the above features.
