Best place to store RV in Seattle then drive to Alaska

Long time TT camper in Alaska. Getting ready for retirement and just purchased my first Class A. The previous owners are going to store it for me in AZ and drive it to Seattle for me April 1, 2017. The only problem is that I will need to store the RV until mid-May somewhere in the Seattle area before I drive it to Alaska. Any suggestions on the best and safest place to store my new to me RV? It's a 36' Fleetwood Pace-Arrow with a tow dolly (no car, just the dolly they included in the sale price)

Part 2 of this question. I'm trying to figure out how long to allow to drive from Seattle to Fairbanks, AK. I'm thinking 8 days (not really doing any sightseeing this trip...will save that for when I retire.) I'm planning on not driving more than 300 miles per day. I want to be in Fairbanks by May 26 for the Tanana Valley Kennel Club All-Breed dog show over Memorial day weekend. From there, I know how long it will take me to drive back to Anchorage with an overnight in Denali due to late departure from the showgrounds.

Lake Pleasant RV Park in Bothell WA has several storage sites available with 20A hookup that I would guess to be fairly secure. I think a lot of folks who book cruises out of Seattle store there.
