Best route from DCA to northern PA

I am trying to find the best route from our current campground at Cherry Hill RV Park in College Park, MD, just NE of DC to a KOA in East Stroudsburg, PA just north of Allentown.

My mapping software has us going up I 895/695 east of Baltimore and then I-476 west of Philadelphia to US 22 to just west of Easton then 33 to near Stroudsburg.

We will be traveling tomorrow, Sunday but I don’t like the idea of traveling anywhere near Baltimore or Philadelphia.

So I’m thinking of taking the ICC to I-270 to Frederick then US 15 to Gettysburg then US 30 to Lancaster then US 222 to Allentown then I-78 to Easton and then 33 to near Stroudsburg.

The mileage is slightly more but I dread the traffic near BWI and PHL.
What do you guys recommend?

I deleted my previous posted route. Actually, from the Harrisburg area, Steve's route is best. Google Maps also suggests 81 N. to 78 E. to 22 E. to 33 N., which is also all highway and slightly shorter.

I would take 695 (as it is a loop around Baltimore) to I 83 north to I 81 north to I 80 east. Takes you right to East Stroudsburg.
