Best route from Seattle to San Antonio?

We have a 33' class A, and are heading to Texas in a week or two. I'm concerned about winter weather, so I'm thinking of heading south through California, then across through AZ and NM. Any thoughts or opinions?

Thanks

At this time of the year, the fastest time and with less weather concerns is down I-5 to San diego then east to San Antonio. All freeway, good speed and services available. Our son lives in San Antonio, normally we would take 95 thru Las Vegas, to phoenix, then east to San Antonio. Bob

We're heading the same way leaving around Feb 7. Plan to hit the coast and take our time down 101. Will go as far as San Louis Obispo, then east to Bullhead City.
