Corpus Christi
Might be heading down there for a few work days and I might take the MH.
Looking for recommendations on RV Resorts, I would assume now would be slow for them.

We love to stay at Gulf Shores on Port Aransas. It’s right on the beach.

It’s a little pricey but very nice.

Corpus Christi
We are staying at Gulf Waters RV Resort in Port Aransas. Leaves you about a 20 minute drive to Corpus Christi. Great location on the gulf and absolutely beautiful resort. You may get a reservation for a weeknight but forget about it on weekends until after Labor Day and I wouldn’t bet on that- never hurts to try, though. Motorized traffic on the beach was recently allowed (again) and that makes this a popular place to stay but even when beaches were closed it was busy here. Nothing else in the area compares to this resort for quality.

Nice place to go. Lots of choices depends on your price point. Gulf waters is very nice but also very expensive. Call around you will find openings just look carefully at available pictures of resort. Some are a little, shall we say old. Google earth is your friend. Safe travels
Enjoy the journey

Pricing isn't the point, if I'm going to take it down for a few days I want something nice.
I'd like to be close to Corpus as I will be working daily.

We have reservations at Gulf Waters for a few days next week. Place looks very nice, I am going down for work. The boss lady decided beach and the gulf was important.

I trust you used Google Maps to take a look at this new KOA. It's on what appears to be a very narrow finger of land. It's hard to see any open space other than at the entrance. The park's website doesn't mention a pool as an amenity--there literally doesn't look as if there's enough land for one.
Don't get me wrong, we live the the greater Corpus Christi metro area and are glad to see a new RV park, but this one looks as if it is primarily oriented to the fishing crowd IMO.

Corpus Christi KOA does have cornhole!
Wouldn't be a park for us....RVs row after row.
