It depends on whether your in a hurry or not. If you opt for I-35 follow it to KC and then I-435 on the east side to I-49. Pick up Mo Hwy 7 just south of Harrisonville towards Clinton and then Mo Hwy 13 to I-44 Springfield. From there jump over to Hwy 65 to Branson.
