RV Trip Wizard will route you around low bridges and such if that is what you are concerned with. That plus a standard atlas will do.

If you join AAA you get free maps of each state, much better than an atlas.

We bought on as a hard copy backup. I don't expect to use it - or the fire extinguisher...

Do you have a GPS? Do you want the Atlas to plan trips, or to navigate with?
Personally, I prefer the fold out state maps to ANY atlas. I think they give more detail.
There are two issues for RVs. The height of low overpasses, and the steepness of mountain grades.
The Motor Carrier's Atlas has lists of overpass heights, but no real info on mountain grades.
If your GPS doesn't have overpass heights built in, there are aftermarket add-ons that handle that.
As for mountain grades, take a look at:

We have a Motor Carriers' Atlas. Technically, I guess we don't need it, but then we don't really "need" our electric surge suppressor or tire pressure monitoring system either. We're in RVing for the long haul and, to us, these items are just a form of insurance that will, hopefully, mitigate risks and prevent damage to our rig. We consider all of them to be investments in our lifestyle - and money well spent.
Enjoy your travels!

The Motor Carrier Atlas is very useful to check the GPS routing to ensure there are no height, width or weight restrictions on your travel route. I double check the GPS routing against the Motor Carrier Atlas on each trip especially if we are going to be traveling on roads that are not interstates.

You know, if you're only looking for overpass heights, Amazon sells several OLDER versions, including the 2016 version for only $9.95.
