Great follow up, thank you! When we go, we will only have the dually to drive, so it is good to hear there are options, albeit uncomfortable. That being said, I am a stickler for rules, so if I am too long, so be it.

I've done the Pike's Peak summit road twice. Once in a Volvo station wagon and once in a VW microbus. Interesting trip both times. I remember I wasn't ready for the thin air at the top of the 14,000-foot peak and had to sit and rest before heading back down. The ride back down was the scariest part!
