We've only overnighted a few times in OKC, but we always stay at the Roadrunner RV park. It is in the city but the noise isn't bad, has pull through sites with concrete pads, very well maintained sites, and paved roads. As I recall, with our Good Sam discount, it was around $35.

If you want to be as far as 30 minutes than we've camped at El Reno park. It's no frills but always has openings. Sights are gravel/blacktop but are pull-thru. It's a pay at the box system so it's fairly convenient.
There is a golf course as you pull in to the right.
