Gulf Coast Texas.

Looking for recommendations for 4-5 days in February 2019.
40’ towing a car. Pull thru or back ins ok.
Would like to be close to the coast, safe, clean and inexpensive.
We have P/A, Good Sam.
Could be Galveston to Corpus Christi.
Thanks

Personally I would pick one of the places on the Bolivar peninsula just up the coast from Galveston, and take the free car ferry over into Galveston in the daytime. The place was basically leveled by hurricanes 10 years ago, so almost everything there is new construction, I can't recommend any specific rv park though several new ones have opened in the last year, some small, some fancier.

We stayed at Stella Mare RV Resort at Galveston July 2017. I think it opened spring of 2017. It is a nice park they escort you to your site and they asked if I needed help setting up. Wife says we stayed 2 nights, I do not remember how many, cost was $80.
In Corpus we stay in the RV park on the Navy base. We are heading to Corpus next Friday for 3 weeks of fishing.

Second for Stella Mare

Second vote for Stella Mare in Galveston. A little pricey, but the nicest resort in the area. Lots of activities during the winter months. Pool is heated (they claim) but chilly if the wind is blowing.

This is farther South than you mentioned but it's nice. Make reservations. Andy Bowie Park - Cameron County

Galveston Island RV Resort is about 8 miles from downtown Galveston. Resort is super clean and quiet, and the people are friendly. The beach is across the street. Pool and spa are great all year long.
