I-90 between Missoula and Coeur d'Alene
How is this section of road to take my 45' motorhome over? Is there a lot of steep long grades? Any info would be appreciated.

There are a couple of "nice" grades to go over, but you shouldn't have any problems with them.

I used to live in Coeur d'Alene and made numerous trips on I-90. There are some passes to get over but nothing your coach, even if it's towing, would have any problems with.
The bonus is once you're in the mountains it's a beautiful drive. Enjoy

You will be fine just have to cross 4th of July pass just a 5% grade and only 3200 feet or so and Look out pass is a 6% grade and about 5k feet. They just fixed Lookout and did a great job.

You have no worry about steep grades with your motorhome.

Dozens (hundreds?) of fully loaded semi-trucks go over that stretch every day...

If the hills scare you check out Montana Route 200 following the Clark River Valley to Lake Pend Oreille and then south to Couer d’Alene. Beautiful drive too. Commercial trucks use it, your MH will not have problems either.

Not scared of hills. Just doing my homework so as not to get myself into something I'll regret. Too many times in my life I've done thing without though and paid for it, lol. If semi's run it as I figured they did I should be fine.

I have driven that route a few times in the last 10-15 years have friends that lived in Missoula, but not in an RV, as we would fly into Spokane and drive over. As memory serves it was a scenic drive, nothing too bad.

I drag a 33’ trailer over that stretch of freeway every year on the way to deer camp in eastern Montana. It’s a modern freeway and well maintained.

Hi Vacationfools; Just there at lookout pass last Tuesday. Some construction on the west side of the pass and down to 1 lane in a small section. With your coach you should have no problems. A little steeper grade on the east side of lookout pass. You should do just fine!
