We are thinking of heading down I90 from Buffalo to Boston and then haeding north along the coast. Last time thru there (I90 NY)there was a lot of construction and lanes were narrowed to the point that it was an uncomfortable drive with semis passing etc. Having looked at the Truway web site I see no real sign of that now. Anyone been through that recently?
Thanks
Ian

Nobody been down that way recently? My alternative is to cross at Cornwall but then we miss the Finger Lakes that are very nice, (and quiet this time of year...Sept).

I don't believe there are any major projects going on, I live near Albany, Ny and we have gone in both directions recently(buffalo and Worcester, Ma). They had a major project on I90 in Albany but that is pretty much finished. Good Luck Ed

Thanks for the information. Sounds good....just hoping that the fuel shortage will not be a factor. As of now looks like diesel is the same price either side of the border..$1.00/litre here and $3.80 (cdn) per US gallon. First time in recent memory that there has been no difference!
