Moki Dugway
Hi all: Has anyone traversed the Moki Dugway from north to south with a travel trailer? That is the downhill run of the road. Thanks in advance!

What size trailer? What size truck? Have you looked at pictures of the Moki?
You do know it is a dirt road?
Personally, I wouldn't do it. Maybe with the truck but not the trailer.

Ram 1500 with a 22 foot trailer. Yes, I have seen the pics and watched videos. I would not think of going up it but going down sure seems possible. Just wanted to hear from someone that has done it. Semis are regulars on it.

Keep her under 90 and you'll be fine.

Are you going up or down? Towing a trailer?

Moki Success
Traveled Moki Dugway both ways today by car due to Rt 95 being closed at the top. Actually 3 miles of dirt and 11% grade in a few places, and two 180 degrees switchbacks, almost one lane in a few places but lots of wide places to watch for oncoming traffic.
Several cars and pickups towing small trailers largest trailer seen was 18'.
The two 180 deg turns had plenty of room for a wide turn. Even sew a 18' tour bus coming down. Not as frightening as I anticipated and fantastic views, take your time (5 mph posted at one spot) and watch for oncoming traffic. Be sure to stop at Moki point near the top, parking available.
PS Met a family at Moki point in a small Class C RV about to head down, told me of the road closer and they just came up.
Good Luck

Thanks to everyone with constructive replies. Talked to some pro drivers in Moab and on their advice decided not to make a stop at Hanksville before going to Monument Valley thus eliminating the need to go down the Moki Dugway. If I had a 4x4 there would have been no issue but with two wheel drive it would have been an issue with a 6500 pound trailer.
Just for reference, I spoke to a Navajo gentleman who said the word is pronounced like "Mokeye" not Mokee.
