Native American Scenic Byway question?

Hello fellow travelers,

We are in Chamberlain South Dakota starting the Native American Scenic Byway. We are in our 35 foot bounder and there is one portion from La Plant to Mobridge, BIA-7, which shows as gravel. Our Rand McNally RV GPS is taking us on the road, so we think it should be ok.

Does anyone have experience on this route?

Morning Paul & Laura,
Sorry I missed your post on the 15th, (saw it on my google search). The link below has the recommended routes, includes alternate paved RT around dirt highway sections. I'm sure it's too late, but I hope you had an interesting tour.
If you have time I would love to hear about the drive.
Take Care And Enjoy Your Adventure
