New RV GPS Recommendations

Hello there and I am new to the forums. Question I have is since you use the RV GPS app did it find your current location. When i have tried multiple times it just spins and spins. In fact, once waited 20 minutes and it still didn't find it and yes the location access is activated for it.
I have a Samsung Note 9 using Android 10.0 with the RV app version 2.6.2.

Like them both. CoPilot has a more vintage interface. RV Life is newer looking.

Just used the RV Life app to go from NJ to CT through NYC. No issues.

I also really like it has indicators (arrows) of which lanes to be in well in advanced. Super helpful !

Also used it last year. It has real-time traffic and routing options. I really like it and think it'll become my default RV GPS app.

I am also wondering, since the garmin hardware seems nothing more than a tablet, is there a Garmin app with GPS features one can just buy for an ipad mini? I do see garmin does sell apps on the apps store, but looking in the details of a few of them, I don't see a feature in the apps for inserting dimensions of your RV and routing accordingly.
