Road conditions, are you talking about the weather conditions or construction or traffic conditions?
If weather conditions, it depends on what happens in that time frame, keep an eye on weather forecasts for the route. Then adjust as needed for your travel.

November doesn't typically have serious weather concerns. All you can do is to watch the forecasts. Drive the first day as far as you can to get closer south.

Any major construction should be winding up by November. If not, just go with the flow!! That's all you can do. Don't worry about it. You'll get there.

We usually leave Cape Cod on 12/28 but adjust for the weather. We have never had to add more than one day. You should be pretty good in mid - November.
