NV Route 169 Noeth from eVally Of Fire SP

I want to leave Valley Of Fire SP, NV and take route 169 north through Overton and Logandale on my way to I-15 and eventually to Springdale, UT to visit Zion NP.

Is route 169 north out of Valley Of Fire SP in Nevada up to I-15 an OK road to take?

RV Trip Wizard wants me to back-track to Las Vegas and then catch I-15. That's using RV Routing. Standard routing will route me straight up to I-15 through Logandale.

It's a beautiful drive. We stayed on site #35 in September and it was HOT. (I keep records of all places we've stayed.) It was huge and scenic. Enjoy!

Live in Henderson and often go through Lake Mead NRA when going north in the MH because it is a nice drive.
