OR 20 to I-84 to I-80 to 83 south from N. Platte to TX

Starting in Eugene, OR, we plan to take the Santiam Pass to 20 through Bend to Burns to pick up I-84 in ID and continue to I-80 which we'll take into NB, planning to head south on 83 to the Austin, TX area.

I'd love suggestions about good stopovers on this route since they seem few and far between. We plan to drive about 300 miles a day. Looks like our first stop will have to be in Burns, OR, so next stop looks like near Twin Falls, etc.

Driving in a 40' motorhome, towing a Jeep.
