Has anyone ran OR-140 from US Hwy. 395 to Winnemucca, Nv.?

East of Lakeview you'll have Blizzard Gap. Narrow, rough, winding to the Nevada state line. Rolling hills eastbound. (Steep descent westbound). We'd drive it again - no issue.
