Pontiac, MI to Columbus, OH

We are moving tomorrow from West of Pontiac down to Galloway just East of Columbus. Google Maps says the following route.

23 to I-75, 68, 31, 33, I-270

Is this the best route?

TIA,
J

That would work.

We go 23 to I 75 south to Findlay.

Head South East on 23 to upper Sandusky, all 4 lane, and on south past Marion Ohio on 23 South to I 270 East

Have traveled between Maumee & home a lot. No need to get on 31/33. As John also stated, the signs south of Findlay state 68/15 to 23. Go that route & stay on 23S (it will be 23S/30E around Upper Sandusky) until you hit 270 in Worthington. Try not to hit that intersection at either 8-9AM or 4:30-5:30PM - rush hours.

One thing you will need to know when coming up to the 270 exits, the 23/270 interchange was recently redone. What lane to be in is not well marked far enough back & if you've got a coach w/toad you will need to be in the correct lane early. When you are about a mile before reaching that exit (you will have just passed a big Christian church & Frisch's on the right), be sure you are in the 2nd lane from the right. Shortly after you pass that Frisch's & you start a slight downgrade then up an incline headed toward a stoplight at Flint Rd. Maneuver into that 2nd to the right lane by then. The far right lane becomes 270 West only & in a few hundred yards after that Flint Road stoplight there will be a cement barrier to keep you from getting out of that lane & you'd be stuck going 270 West. It's not the end of the world if you get stuck in the wrong lane because 270 makes a circle around Cbus & you'll end up on the east side after going around most of the loop....eventually.

The 2nd lane from the right is 270 East only & that is the lane you will want to be in.
