Provo to Dubois

Has anyone taken 189 out of Provo north to 80? I have a 40' class a. It is shorter than taking 215 around Salt Lake City to 80, but don't know if it is a drivable road for a motorhome. Also thinking of which way would be easier on the mpg. A steady speed on the e-way or through 189 at slower speeds and inclines. Thanks for the help.

We've taken it with our 40' MH. No issues. We stayed at Jordanelle State Park before getting to I-80. It's a good place to visit Park City or Salt Lake City.

To Dubois:

370 miles - 189 to I-80 then 30/240 at Kenmerer; 28/26 to Dubois

375 miles - 189 to I-80 then 89/191/26 to Dubois. This route will be slower and a lot more traffic because it takes you into Jackson and Teton Nat'l Park to Moran then to Dubois.
