It’s a state highway - shouldn’t have any issues in a 31’ coach, or a 45’ for that matter...I don’t think there’s any services between Old Station and Susanville. This caught my eye because I’m headed to Eagle lake mid week.

What are you looking at that it seems narrow?

It's a standard two-lane, good highways for any size RV.

I just looked at my copy of the 'Mountain Directory for Truckers & RVers' (recommended if you're traveling mountains} and there are no issues from Redding to Susanville on 44 - the whole route.

Here's a YouTube of the drive. It's long - 1 hr. + but you can skip ahead. It's amazing how many highways are now on YouTube. Many are driven by motorcyclists & it will show them going fast and taking curves fast with wild music but you can adjust your vision of the highway by driving a RV.

You should have no issues making that drive.
