Road from Lancaster CA to Sequoya National park

We plan to leave tomorrow for Sequoya NP. What is the best route? Are there bad passes on the way?
Thanks
Mary

The only pass you will go over is Tehachapi on Highway 58. There are a couple of long downhill grades into Bakersfield but they are very manageable.
Where are you staying in Sequoia NP?

There are. I was thinking more on the lines of a large RV.
