RT 60 Oklahoma

In September we will be traveling east from Williams Arizona. I would like to travel on some good non interstate roads on the way home. Im looking at traveling on Rt. 60 from Amarillo TX into Oklahoma, Missouri, and towards Lexington KY.
Is Rt. 60 a good motorhome friendly route? Any other suggestions?

I have yet to find any roads in Oklahoma that I would call decent. Do not expect much from Oklahoma.

Agree on OK roads almost always suck.

That said 60 is a US HWY and should be good most of the way. It will be a good bit of work and planning.

I don't have a problem with Oklahoma roads. I do a lot of instate convertible rides on the back roads. Most are pretty good. You might look at HWY 412 through Oklahoma into Missouri. Very good road. Enjoy your trip.
