Drive 15,000 miles per year in my motorhomes and only use Google Maps. Real time traffic, automatic re-routing around traffic, and absolutely free (other than data).

When planning, I'll use AllStays Camp and RV app which shows pretty much every fuel stop, walmart, cracker barrel, campground, etc. Once I pick the next stop, it links right to Google Maps to provide directions.

I don't believe you can put RV height and weight plus propane in Google Maps. That was the OP original request.

I use a Garmin 770RV. I go many places where there is no cell service for an app.

I use both RV LIFE and CoPilot apps on my phone. Both have worked well with height and weight restrictions. Hope this helps.
