My wife says people will take my original post as too negative. Negative was not my intent.
I see lots of truck and train traffic as a good sign. It means stuff is getting made and sold and that is a sign of a healthy economy.
New infrastructure work, same thing. More jobs, more heavy equipment sold etc.
Big inventory of new RVs, again a good thing. Means factories are back to work.
Stores in the desert packed with old people means old people have money to buy food and to winter in the desert.
Our country is booming. Lots of evidence for that. Don't let the naysayers wear you down.

Nothing wrong with this post, I actually got some ideas on things to explore. Visit Black Bear Diner every week at home. Stopped going to Smash Burger when they stopped selling fried pickels.

We ran out of time in LA, I really wanted to see the FBI exhibit at the Reagan library. How was it?

Go to Family Village Restaurant for us. We won't be back until end of August to be able to go there.
Our home campground is the Thousand Trails Park over on ST RT 380, west of Wilmington, south of ST RT 73.

FBI exhibit was unexpected, but very good and fairly extensive.

Been to Family Village many times in the 30 years we've been here. They've changed owners a couple times in the last few years. But, they have beer now! Always better alternative than what is widely believed to be the World's Worst Macdonald's just down the street.
