St. George to Omaha- I-70 or I-15/80 ?

So I'll be starting in the St. George area and need to get to Omaha.

2019 Ram 2500 with 6.4L (4.10 gears) - pulling a 10k lb. enclosed trailer

which route is easier when it comes to steep uphill grades?

I did the trip from Omaha to St.George last week and took the I-70 route. it wasn't too bad but it sure looked like the other direction was gonna be tougher. it appeared there will be some very long very steep uphill climbs.

I'll be doing this trip on Nov. 8th and will be monitoring weather conditions as well which may play into my decision.

any advice is welcome and appreciated

I would take the I80/15 route- fires may make I70 a mess.

I'll keep my eye on fires and all weather conditions, primarily interested in whether either route is significantly better than the other regarding grades/inclines

I 70 over the Vail pass is iffy. I 80 over Parley’s pass east of Salt Lake City is also a steep climb (but very quick). I’ve done both in a class A diesel pusher. Pulling a trailer I’d go north and take 80. You could avoid Parley’s pass by taking Provo canyon east to 40 north near Midway and then pick up 80 just east of Park City.
