What is the best highway to take to get from Tacoma to Port Angeles? Are there any issues, weight limits, size, etc. regarding our 35 foot Class A pulling a toad, on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and the Hood Canal Floating Bridge? If this is unacceptable what about Highway 101 that goes around the Hood Canal, is it a good highway?
Also, looking for a decent camp ground to stay 4 or 5 days near Port Angeles.

I'd take the Narrows Bridge and SR 16 to SR3 past Bremerton and, up SR3 to the Hood Canal bridge and onto SR104 westbound to US101 to PA. If you were get on I-5 to Olympia take Exit 104 "to the ocean beachs". You'll immediatly be be on US101 past Shelton all the the way to PA. HOWEVER 101 is a b---- up the west side of Hood Canal. In Sequim, about 18 miles is a nice RV park, Gigal Oasis. Take the est exit to Sequim and turn left at the light in front of QFC. There's also a nice Elk's RV park. Take the second exit, Sequim Ave and go north the to round-about and turn right.

Clarification to the above: Sequim is about 18 miles East of PA

Thanks, jfb...
That's what I was hoping. Narrows to Bremerton and up across the floating bridge. And thanks for the campground recommendations.
