The easiest route from Granby Colo to West Glacier Mont

In mid Sept I will be pulling my 35 ft 5th wheel from Granby Co, to West Glacier Village RV Park.. Would love to hear from past experience the best/easiest route to get there.

It seems one route has me going 125, 230, 130 then heading west on the 80 and catching the 191 and heading that way.

The eastern route seems to take me on the 25 through Casper, Billings, etc

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

We took the northern route via 125 ect a couple of years ago, no problems at all. Good two lane highways to I80. We were going to the Tetons tho not GNP but there are no problems going from one to the other. Keep your fuel gauge above 1/2 since it can be a long way between gas stations in WY and MT

960 miles: 125/230, I-80 to WY 191, 89/26, I-15, I-90 to Deer Lodge, MT, 141/83 Seeley Lake to 35 to W. Glacier

All good roads. Enjoy!!

Yes we did, we've been up 191 a couple of times. Another good 2 lane road, but lonely so keep the fuel gauge in mind.

Western route would be more to my liking - many options for stops along the way

Flaming Gorge will scream for you

As will the Tetons

The drive on th Idaho side is great also with many lakes streams and reservoirs

West Yellowstone

..........

So much to see and little time. - you are aware that only the West side is open ?

So the crowds might just make it interesting.

Best of Luck,
