I would go I-10 to Jacksonville Fl. and follow to I-95 south to Daytona., pretty straight shot. I have tried Orlando then to Daytona, too much turning. JMHO enjoy your stay.

You should not have any problems on Interstate roads. Last timeI traveled I-10 it shook the daylights out of my MH. I would do I-20 to Birmingham then Atlanta then I-17 to Macon then I-16 to Savannah then I-95 to Daytona. Unless you have a greater desire to travel the Gulf coast route on I-10. Just my 2 cents.

We traveled I-10 as far west as San Antonio and as far east as Jacksonville towing our 5th wheel this year and the road is just fine.
