Trip from Roseburg Oregon to Wilkes-Barre PA

I didn't know where to post this for sure but, although I won't be traveling in an RV, yet, I may need to drive to PA within a few days.

I would love to talk to folks that can tell me if they are near I-80 and what the weather conditions are. I can check all cities with my Weather Channel on my desktop but it would be good to hear "first-hand" info. I will be driving in my small truck and am really hoping I don't hit any major bad weather. I suspect I will just because it's that time of year. It's of course the mountains, ice, snow that worry me the most. Who didn't know that. My friend Suzie is having more health issues and I may need to go back to help her out and then, we still hope to go RVing. It's just that me driving back there is more practical at this point.

Thanks all in advance, Denise PS I chose 80 because I don't want to go way down South and over due to travel expenses. It may be worth it though but that means I still have to face the Siskiyous and the Sierra's. There may be more on the Southern route too.

How about Portland to JFK or laGuardia on SW Air? It's a long drive to W-B PA.
