Planning a trip west, will be going from Phoenix to Vegas via US93 on or about Jan 31st, any anticipated problems with snow, elevation, etc we should be warned about?

I've made that trip a time or two. 93 is not a bad road but it does have a high rate of accidents because it has a high rate of traffic, both truck and auto. Drive with caution and watch the truck traffic. I understand there are periodic shut downs at the dam if you intend to stay on 93 north of Kingman and cross on Hoover Dam. An alternate route would be to go west on 68 north of Kingman and cross at Laughlin then 68 to 163, 163 to 95 and north into Lost Wages. I've done that route with the MH a few times. Pretty good climb out of Laughlin but nice and wide with a slow moving lane. Have fun !!!!!!!

Have made that route several times in winter and never had a problem. Nice drive and above advice on 93 is good. You should not anticipate any problems even if there is foul weather north of Vegas.

If I was to do it again, I would take I-10 to Quartzite, go north on AZ-95 through Lake Havazu City to I-40, turn West to US-95 and then north to L.V. thru Boulder City and Henderson

Be aware of the alternate route through Laughlin/Bullhead City via Hiway 68...12 mile, 6% grade as you decend to the river. The elevation changes 3000' in those 12 miles.
Another option on the southern route mentioned; to avoid the congestion of Lake Havasu City stay on I-10 to US 95 at Blythe then head north. This is a 2 lane road between Blythe and Needles, but little traffic.
