THere are lots of ways to get from point A to Point B. On your question, I don't think there is any low bridges on the Interstate. HOWEVER, going around toward the east on 275 is probably a good idea because of severe congestion at times crossing the Ohio using the Brent Spence bridge.

Forgot to add, I would take 275 east to I 471 then take 71 to your destination. You could also take 275 all the way around to 71. Normally I avoid crossing the the Ohio on I 71/I 75 going into downtown Cincinnati like the plague. At times, that crossing can take years off your life in added frustration, especially in a RV.

No low bridges on I-71 in Cincy. But take the bypass to the east and run it to I-71 north. The Brent Spence can/does get backed up sometimes, depending on traffic on I-71 past the ballparks.
You can also run I-71 north all the way to Cleveland, Mistake on The Lake, then pick up I-90.

The thing about the Brent Spence bridge is that it is carrying both I-75 and I-71 N/S traffic across it's spans. If you take I-275 East to I-471 to cross the Ohio River at the East edge of the city, you're cutting out a lot of that traffic volume. If you can time your crossing to avoid the rush hour periods, I'd have no qualms about using I-471. Or you can just take I-275 East around the city to catch I-71 again on the NE side of the Cincinnati metropolitan area. Doing that, though, will add some (??) miles and time to your journey.
