Westward bound

Hi everyone, wife and I are planning a westward trip from Delaware and meeting up with friends in Colter Bay WY. We are in no hurry getting there with plenty of stops. My plans are to do I95 S to Baltimore belt way and out 270 W
than 68 up 79 north to 70.Than to I 74,than up to 80 to 380north.than onto 27 to35 north to I90 than 29 north to Watertown. Than west on 212 to 79 south to Spearfish than I 90 from there 87 south to Casper. From Casper 26 to Colter Bay. . We are taking 14 days to get there . We traveling in a 36' Class A towing a Jeep.
And issues with these roads? Mostly staying around 300 miles a day max.
Thanks for any input.

After north on I-70 put Hannibal, Missouri in and RT 36 your way to the West getting to Cheyenne, WY - yes just bump your way up to Casper and Dubois - then From there to Jackson Lake and Yellowstone. Beautiful drive - we did it last Summer and the Best Surprise was Cresting the Divide and seeing the Tetons - The Grand Tetons - fill the front Windshield - Best View ever!

Ohio had the worst roads and once you get to the Mississippi things get better - you will enjoy it.

Couple stops were in Small town Local Parks there were nice - most of our stops were in Wal*Marts and we did it slowly, in 6 days.

Enjoy the Trip,

No, we are not planning on going now, trip starts May 4th, We are meeting In Colter Bay Rv the 18th of May so a nice leisurely drive I am hoping. 1st 4 nights are just a over nights stop, next 5 are 2 day stops. Was concerned with RT 212 and Route 26 mostly.

Be sure to have a Heavy Winter jacket and Gloves, will be Great, but the nights in the Park will be Cool - When leaving the Major towns as you head out through Wyoming be sure to top off the Propane and Fuel tanks and to stock up on supplies - there will be little if any available when you arrive in the parks.

RT 26 is an Awesome Drive - I've been to the Tetons and Yellowstone often but have always come up from Jackson or in from Cody - the drive this year on RT 26 through Dubois was something that just Blew me Away - Cresting the Divide and seeing the Tetons is something I will never forget.

Best of Luck,

Tetons , looking as Grand as they Can,
