What time does traffic clear on NY-GW bridge on a Saturday afternoon-evening?

Going throught NY city on a Saturday evening. Have a little flexibility on when we'll be coming through via 95. Any input? Stopping at Vince Lombardi rest area for a little shut eye. Heading south early Sunday AM.

AS you see I live in Edgewater, NJ which has a view of the GWB and early Sunday am is the only time you will have very little traffic unless theres an overnight accident.
Get into Vince L. rest area early as the truckers over load this rest stop as there are really no rest areas for the truckers in Northern NJ.

I've had good luck after 6:00 pm, but with the motorhome we always do the Tappen Zee and GSPinstead. We overnight at the Clara Barton rest area just before the Delaware bridge, it's far less crowded because there are several truck stops in the area.
