WV Turnpike with a trailer - tolls?

The West Virginia Turnpike website is confusing when it comes to tolls for a pickup and travel trailer. Which class are we looking at?

Class 2 includes a pickup with trailer, 3+ axles, and *under 7'6". Our trailer is over 11 feet tall, so that doesn't seem to apply.

Class 4 includes an RV with trailer, but that seems geared to a Class A or Class C RV towing a toad, not to a truck towing a TT.

Class 7 is for four-axle trucks, but the toll is twice what a Class A motor home would pay, which doesn't seem right.

Does anybody know which rate we are looking at paying?

My experience with them is that the charges are random. Had an MDT pulling 2 axle 5th. Went through 4 times in a few weeks, different toll each time.

Exactly the answer I was hoping not to get. But at least we will know to just be prepared for anything.

If designed like NY Thruway tolls, the 7 ft 6 inch measurement is as the front tires cross the sensor, not the rest of the rig.

West Virginia tolls? I think they have a roulette wheel that gets spun for what youíre charged. I got charged for an extra axle on my drw pickup because of the number of tires, but didnít get charged on another trip for a tandem axle trailer behind my three axe MH. Since going to ezpass, twice I was never charged and once charged for four axles when towing the Jeep behind the MH. I figure Iím way ahead if they charge me like a semi when I take a motorcycle through.

We went thru there 7/16 (heading North I81-I64) and 7/24 (heading south I64-state Line). Paid toll once each way.

Our EZ-Pass has us in Class 2 (MH w/2 axles + toad)
First time it was $6.50, second time it was $7.84
