2002 Holiday Rambler Presidential Underbelly Access

We have a 2002 Holiday Rambler Presidential fifth wheel which we purchased three years ago. It has electric dump valves and the black valve is not completely sealing. I want to gain access to it to see if its an alignment problem which the manufacturer of the drain believes is the problem. The question I have is how do I gain access to those valves? Do I need to remove a sheet of the insulation on the underbelly to get to the valves? This may sound like a simple question to answer but my fifth wheel is currently in Maine and I'm in Massachusetts so I can't just go out and look. This happened when I shut down the trailer and winterized it last Fall. Thanks for your help!

Just did some work on a friends 06 HR, slide issue, didn't notice the location of the dump valve, but , the belly panels are held in place by about 20 self drilling screws each and sealed along the outside edge with grey tape sealant. 5/16" socket on a power driver and the panel was off in 3>4 mins.
Except for the rear panel that was above the stabilizers, all appeared the same.
