We have a 2006 Mobile Suites 38RL3 (recent purchase) and I am having and issue with the off door large slide.

When pulling it in it binds on the ceiling track with me having to pull it down and resume retraction.

I noticed that the door side slide had a black plate that follows the aluminum track when extended or retracted. The off door does not have this.

Is it missing? Anyone have this model?

I believe your slide system is a Swintech ? not sure of the spelling

But that system sold by Lippert ( LCI ) has a number of issues . If you got to the Lippert web site , you'll find instructions and videos on adjustments and repairs for the slide drives .

It would appear that the company may have changed the name to " In Wall Slide Out". See if the pictures match what's on your RV.

Thanks....... I've contacted them and hopefully they will have an answer to this issue.

It's a hydraulic system.

Sundance, we had an '05 TK3 for many years, never the problem you describe. You do not have the Schwintek system...strictly Lippert hydraulic slides. Confused by the 'aluminum' track you mention, and the 'black plate' Any pics available? This is the kitchen slide with stove/fridge in it?
