2007 Kustom Koach Breeze BW200

60 year old retired rookie here. I have some questions for anyone.
I saw a 2007 20 foot fifth wheel. It is called a Kustom Koach Breeze BW200. I am going to put my eyes and hands on it for an inspection next week. It is in very good condition in the pics, it was well looked after and is a one owner. It is an orphan, that is the manufacturer has gone out of business. However Kustom Koach were hand built in Reddeer, Alberta, Canada. Back in the day they had a real good reputation. It weighs 3300 lbs. Sleeps 4, dinette slide, bathroom shower combo, air conditioning, microwave, epdm rubber roof, black and gray tanks, hot water, furnace. Lino in trailer, carpet in bedroom. Original lighting all around. Original mattress was replaced with a large king that covers the whole bedroom. My kids are grown up. It really is a nice little unit for my wife, my dog (15 pounds of lion heart attitude) and I to use for a few years I am thinking. Any one own one of these? There were only a few built. It is a cousin to the BW165 which was the trailer unit. Any weird and wonderful problems? What would be a fair market value for this unit? Can anyone help me?
