2012 Mobile Suites rear hydraulic cylinder bleeds down

Hello I’m new here and my first post is a request for help. When I raise my rear level up landing gear (hydraulic) by Lippert, the driver side rear bleeds down 5” then stops, if I block it up before it bleeds down the leveler in front of it bleeds down 5”. I don’t have any visible leaks and I have put fork oil in the system. If someone can share their thoughts or experience with this I’d appreciate it.

Sounds like a sticky valve in the manifold

I also think it is a valve staying open and not shutting all the way allowing it to bleed off. But can you look into the underbelly to make sure there are no leaks.

leakdown

My guess is that the seals in the cylinder are allowing leak back. From what I remember LCI did not make parts available so you would either need to replace the leg or take it off and go to a hydraulic shop and see if they can help. You can also call LCI and they can walk you through a leak down test.

Thank you for the responses! Really appreciate them. I took 2 of the cylinders off and had them tested at a hydraulic shop, the one that was leaking off was bypassing, thought we could take it apart and rebuild it, but that wasn’t possible. End result I had to buy a new stabilizer and installed it today. Problem solved. Thanks again!
