2013 DRV Mobile Suites 38

So I have a DRV with a schwintec in wall slide mechanism on the bedroom slide with a king size bed. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is some kind of roller track or something under this room slide or is it just being dragged across the floor? It seems like a lot of weight not to be on some kind of rolling mechanism and the slide seems to struggle with new motors.

Yes there should be at least 4 rollers under the bed. 2 fixed at the wall and 2 travelers near the foot at least. There may be an issue with one or more but that slide system struggles on its best day.

If you are ever going to be near Elk City, OK--there is a DRV dealer, RollingRetreats, that has fixed these systems for several owners. Have heard the fix lasts very well after they have worked on it. Alignment/correct motors usually are needed.
Hope you get it solved.
Our current '15 has the cable system and rollers; our previous '05 slid on teflon blocks.
