2015 Montana High Country 310re question

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the site so I apologize if this is posted in the wrong category. We just put down a deposit on a new 2015 Montana High Country 310re and made delivery plans for Wednesday. Our excitement quickly disappeared when we realized that we did not see a furnace and can find no mention of one in the brochure for the High Country. It was one of those things that we assumed was there. We were so mesmerized by all the newfangled options - our last camper was a 1989 Prowler Lynx. The options on the Montana include the Glacial package which I think means it is a four season camper. We called the salesman but he has not returned our call yet. Thanks for any help.

Keystone (and all the other manufacturers) have done some strange things to save money, but not providing a furnace isn't one of them. If you go to the Montana web site and look through the standard features, you'll find a furnace is included.

You should also join the Montana Owner's Club and browse the forums. There's an unbelievable amount of info about Montanas there and dozens of people who'll answer any questions: http://montanaowners.com/

I believe Montana is still the #1 selling single name?

However, this sentence concerns me: "We called the salesman but he has not returned our call yet." Hope this does not equal the level of the after-sale treatment.

Please do as mentioned by Walt Bennett above--it will probably be the single biggest help to you as you travel with the Montana.

Happy camping!

Joe

Thanks for the replies. I called Keystone this morning and they answered all of my questions. The salesman did finally call us back and confirmed that it does have a furnace.
