2017 Crusader Lite 33BH Galley
Guys, I'm new to camping and have a question. When I press the level button for the galley it shows the tank is full. I've drained the grey water tank and it still shows full. Am I supposed to do something else?? As far as I can tell, there are only three levers to pull to drain the tanks, one grey and two black.

2 black tanks??
Suspect you have 1 black/1 grey/1 galley
Open all 3 dump valves and drain all tanks
Galley level indicator could be bad or not connected cause you don't have a galley tank (Galley---kitchen) OR Galley tank is FULL

It definitely has two black tanks, one for the forward bathroom and one for the rear one.
I've drained all three of them and the galley still shows full??

Look for a second dump connection for the galley. My Crusader 319RKT has two pipes for dumping. One forward of the axels with a grey and black handle to pull, and one behind the axels for the galley to drain, with only one handle (grey).
I either have to move the sewer hose from one outlet to the other, or use a Y to connect two hoses at once and funnel them into a single drain.
It definitely looks like you have two tank outlets.

If you have 2 black valves and only 1 grey valve, you must have a second sewer connection somewhere. If not look under the RV by the pipes for a manual dump valve. My galley tank has it's own dump connection toward the rear of the RV and the dump valve is under there.

galley drain
My Crusader has a separate drain valve for the Galley, found out after saw it running over underneath the rv, It was never shown to me at the dealer nor is there any paperwork to point it out, it is not visible unless you look under the rv ,

Awesome, is it possible to send a picture? I've been all over the unit and couldn't find any other drains.

You can see the two drains in the pic i posted poking out under the trailer. Look around them for the handles.
One thing I didn't notice until I bought the crusader is that the pull handles are way up under the trailer almost making you get down on the ground to see them and pull them.
