Exact same thing happened to us....screw ripped up the vinyl sheet with a large tear. I replace the screw and set it deeper into the slide frame.

I had the trailer builder send me some replacement vinyl and cut out the torn section and replace with some of the flooring they sent. Easy project if you have the right glue and are good matching the pattern. Need very sharp flooring knife to make clean cuts to piece in the new one.

Try it before you drop $2500.

Just get a rug to put down over the tear for now and get it repaired later when you get a better price.

I had one person come out and to replace with a nice plank flooring... estimate is $2500.
This is taking up both toilets, taking carpet off steps to master bed, and doing job right... I don't want to try myself and have to turn right around and hire someone anyway to repair my mistakes!

Any suggestions?
I live in north Phoenix area...

I have called three local RV shops, one said they would look at it and give estimate... would like to have someone come to my home where we park it and do work here...

Thanks
Well looked at your floor plan, if doing both bathrooms I see a lot of fitting around doors and cabinets. I don't know the cost per sq. ft. of your planking, ours was about $2.19 sq. ft. 20.34 sq. ft. per case $44.54 a case. We used 5 cases to do our lower level so $222.70 in materials plus about $50 for oak edging. your paying for skill and labor time. $2,500 seems a bit steep, but there is a lot of stuff to fit around.

Doing flooring is all about your knees. How long can you kneel?
