5th Wheel Width

We are buying a new 5th and I have a question. How wide is a 100" wide 5th wheel when slides are out on both side?

Thanks!

Depends if you have "deep" opposing slides. Mine is almost 13.5ft wide with slides out. Door slide is deep, opposing slide is not.

I only have slides on 1 side and the deeper of the 2 is 40" so I guess that makes me about 140" wide. Of course there is also the awning and various handles and I'm never sure if they count that stuff when widths are listed.

How deep are the slides?

Add that to the 100"

You will need to measure the slide when out and then you'll know....

Can't have opposing slides deeper than 1/2 the width of the trailer...

My Suites requires 16' to allow slides out and room to move it in/out in the cover. And that is placing it perfectly on the marks.

Welcome to the forum.

As the others have stated, Slide depths can vary. A living room and opposing bedroom could add an additional 70+ in.
Entertainment Hatches and awnings can be in addition to that.
Some retracted items like awnings hand rails, fixtures etc. can make the trailer slightly more than 100" also. Basement hatches require nearly 3' of clearance to open on ea. side also.

Be well.

Unfortunately, I do not know that information. We will not be taking possession of the 5th wheel until March 2017. Just trying to figure out if it will fit where we want to park it until we hit the road.
