5th Wheels w/ Bunkhouse
Our daughter & family (husband & 3 small children) are looking for a 5th wheel with a bunkhouse floor plan. They'd like three beds for the kids (duh), and a residential refrig.
Any models/brands recommended?

We have a Montana High Country 340BH. It has a large RV fridge, but I actually kind of like that better when traveling without electricity.
As for the floorplan, it has a front bedroom with large closet, private bath w/hall entrance, and two bunk plus jack knife sofa in the rear bedroom. In addition, it has theater seats and a love seat that folds out into a bed.
We've been sort of accidentally full-timing in our Montana since the first of June, while waiting for our house in another state to sell. (Military PCS move.) Overall, it is a nice unit. Could use a few more windows on the curb side of the main living area, but it beats the heck out of living in a motel for weeks on end.

No, it's not the same engine that had all the issues in semis.

We really love our Heartland Gateway 3650BH. It has a large double slide bunk room, outdoor kitchen, 1 and 1/2 baths, a Residential fridge, tons of counter space, very good insulation, and 5 slides (430 sq ft).

We're looking for the same thing. We plan to go FT so we are looking at the models that will hold up for that use. I have just began my research, but it looks like every major manufacturer offers a BH floor plan. However, NONE of them offer it in their top-tier line. (With the exception of DRV, but they only offer a 2 bunk option). My favorite(for this week anyway) is the ALFA GOLD 3805BH. My plan is to research and choose a manufacturer that has the best product support and builds their mid-tier models with similar quality of the structural and system components as the high end model. I'll let you know what next week's favorite is ;-).
Cheers, Capt

I've got a 2015 Grand Design Reflection 323BHS, and it's 37' long. I ordered it with a SuperSofa option--12' of heavenly seating in the living room. And the outside kitchen has a sink, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, refrigerator and gas grill. It's an 11K lb. dry unit with 2K pin weight--perfect for my 3/4 ton diesel. We love it.
