Adjusting Slides?

Last year we ripped out some of the old carpet & laid down vinyl plank. Looks really good but one slide is scratching the floor as it goes in & out. Does adjusting the slides help with this or is this something I am just going to have to live with?

Need to check first on the bottom side of the slide for a staple/nail/screw sticking out that is doin' the scratching.

A large pry bar (with proper flooring protection) should easily lift the slide a little, 2" if you're lucky, so you can get a look under there.

You can also look into getting some slide out skis or those slicker plates.

It does almost appear something like a little rock or something got stuck under it a scraped my floor. When the slide was out I did not see anything that would cause the scratch like a screw head or something. Love the idea of those slide out slickers! Just might get me some of those! Thanks again!
