We also have Riverstone at the top of our short list. Have looked at a couple at the local dealer but havent found 'the one ' yet. Plus we need to sell our current 5er first. Haven't heard any reports on them yet and those that do have them seem to love them. They are definitely heavy tho.

We have a RiverStone 39FL and have had almo9st no problems. We live in it full time and have fallen in love with thr floorplan.
We do have 2 issues that have emerged since the purchase:
1. The electronic lock on the door has stopped working.
2: Two of the tank dump valves have become hard to operate.
Otherwise it has been flawless.

I would also go to Forest River Form and ask these questions.
I believe that people our posting in the Cedar Creek threads on their Riverstone units.

1. The electronic lock on the door has stopped working.Have you checked the batteries in the door handle? I know with my electronic lock there are 4-AA batteries that need to be replaced every season.
2: Two of the tank dump valves have become hard to operate.
Otherwise it has been flawless.

I asked a question in red about your lock. You may have all ready down this but than again you may not have thought of this. Also have you contacted Forest river about this they may help you on this issue.

We have a 2017 38 MB and are really pleased with it, did have door lock issue in that it never worked, it was replaced at the FROG Rally this year. No other real issues but minor ones like shades and a bad awning motor on the extra awning, not build issues but supplier issues and also were addressed at the FROG Rally. Build time on them is 2 weeks and that does not include paint and per the factory they were only putting out one unit a day but had plans to try to up that to 2, hope the quality does not suffer because of this.

I posted a thread over on the FR Forum a couple of hours ago:
http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...ml#post1614915
If all the RS owners would go over and chime in, it might help get a dedicated section started. Mods, I hope this doesn't break too many rules....just wanted some support to get a section started over there.

Riverstone owner here!!!
39RKFL
Other than a few warranty issues on the suppliers of appliances and fixtures... We love ours! Great build quality, options, and floor plan. We traded a Grand Design Solitude to go full time. Needed residential appliances and insulation qualities. Heavy load but, we only move it a couple of time a year.

only riverstone questions id have. is how they do in prolonged periods of below freezing temps. specifically on a 40 pound bottle how long the bottle lasts on propane furnace heat only at those temps. no electric heat used only propane thermostat set at 68-70 degrees. To me thats the test.

I guess I’m lucky that I winter in Florida every year... No need for weathering drastically cold climate! We do have 2 electric fireplaces which are used more than the central gas furnace. I have not used a 40lb. bottle in a single season yet!
